She brings a wealth of skills and experience gained via 20+ years in the corporate arm of the travel industry in roles including management, senior leadership, business development, account management, marketing, corporate and retail operations. She is passionate about relationship building, customer service, processes, procedures and continual improvement through efficiencies. Lindy has also had a range of board and committee roles.
